This is what came out of my mouth on Thursday night, I examined it, cleaned it and then put it back in. I phoned the dentist in the morning and went in to have it cemented back in.

apparently that stuff in the middle is the stuff from my root canal, it is stuck to the crown better than it was stuck in my root.
