The most expensive tooth ever

Well, I went to the dentist and he took out the broken bit of tooth, and then he built up the rest of the tooth with filling. I need a crown or a cap or something and I have to submit a request to the Insurance company and then they will do the rest of the work over two visits. It is going to cost about $1000 and apparently the insurance company only pays 75% of crowns. In the last two years this one tooth has cost about $2000 and it isn't even covered with gold.
